BPC-157 10mg
Synthetic 15-residue peptide (GEPPPGKPADDAGLV) for in-vitro endothelial and fibroblast cell-signaling assays. 10mg.
CAS 137525-51-0 (CAS Registry Number).
BPC-157 is a synthetic 15-amino-acid peptide, Gly-Glu-Pro-Pro-Pro-Gly-Lys-Pro-Ala-Asp-Asp-Ala-Gly-Leu-Val (GEPPPGKPADDAGLV), derived from a partial sequence of a protein found in gastric juice. Molecular weight is about 1419.5 Da (CAS 137525-51-0). It is notably stable in acidic conditions compared with most short peptides.
In-vitro work with BPC-157 uses endothelial and fibroblast cell cultures to measure VEGFR2 phosphorylation, nitric oxide signaling through endothelial nitric oxide synthase, and the FAK-paxillin pathway that governs cell spreading and migration. Its stability also makes it a convenient model peptide for analytical and formulation studies.
Each vial contains 10 mg of lyophilized peptide. A third-party certificate for this product is coming soon. For laboratory research use only.
Research areas: Endothelial cell signaling, VEGFR2 phosphorylation assays, Nitric oxide signaling, FAK-paxillin cell spreading.
