QP2-TZ 60mg
Dual GIP/GLP-1 receptor agonist studied in metabolic and glycemic research.
This is the larger-format QP2-TZ vial: 60 mg of the same dual GIP/GLP-1 receptor agonist offered in the 30 mg size, intended for laboratories running extended assay series or several experimental arms from a single stock. Working from one vial keeps reconstitution conditions consistent across a project.
Chemically, QP2-TZ is a 39-residue peptide acylated with a C20 fatty diacid on lysine 20, a modification that drives reversible albumin binding. Its two Aib substitutions resist dipeptidyl peptidase-4 cleavage. In receptor pharmacology it is notable for an imbalanced profile: published characterizations describe GIP-receptor activity comparable to native GIP and GLP-1 receptor signaling that favors cAMP generation over beta-arrestin recruitment. That asymmetry makes it a useful comparator against GLP-1-only and triple-agonist compounds.
