Shipping & returns

Shipping cost

Shipping is a flat $12.00 per order, free on orders over $150 (the items total after any discount). Local pickup in the Bryan-College Station area has no shipping charge.

Processing and dispatch

Domestic orders placed before 2 PM EST ship the same business day. Compounds are lyophilized and cold-packed for transit.

Where we ship

Checkout accepts US shipping addresses.

Damaged in transit

Risk of loss passes on delivery to the carrier. Report transit damage to admin@orderqualitypeptides.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Returns

Because product integrity cannot be verified after a vial leaves our control, sealed-product returns are accepted only for our error (wrong item shipped) or verified transit damage. Contact admin@orderqualitypeptides.com before returning anything.

Refunds

We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where research use cannot reasonably be established; refused orders are refunded in full.
